About these terms

This website is operated by Brogdon Law Group, LLC. By using it, or by agreeing to receive text messages from the firm, you agree to these terms.

No attorney–client relationship; not legal advice

Information on this website is general information, not legal advice for your situation. Using this website, submitting the case-review form, calling, emailing, or texting the firm does not create an attorney–client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm agrees in writing to represent you.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. Brogdon Law Group, LLC sends text messages to people who ask to be contacted that way.

How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent box on the case-review form atbrogdonlawgroup.com/contact. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form.

What you'll receive. Messages about your inquiry or your matter — for example, replies to your questions and scheduling.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of contacting the firm, of a case review, or of representation.

Frequency and cost. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, call(803) 306-1776, or emailfirm@brogdonlawgroup.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See thePrivacy Policy for details.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Case results described on this site depend on the facts of each matter; every case is unique, and prior results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
