The short version

Brogdon Law Group does not sell your information, does not share it for advertising, and does not use tracking cookies on this website. If you send the firm information through this site, it is used to respond to you — and for nothing else.

What this website collects

Information you choose to send. If you complete the case-review form, the firm receives what you type into it: your name, the contact details you provide, and whatever you write describing your situation. Nothing on this site requires you to submit information in order to read it.

Basic server records. Like nearly every website, the service that hosts this site automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as an IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and general browser type. These records are created by the hosting provider for security and reliability, not by the firm for marketing.

No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no fonts, scripts, embeds, or trackers from third-party services. Every file the page needs is served from this site's own domain.

How form submissions are handled

The case-review form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores each submission and sends it to the firm by email, where it is reviewed by the firm's attorneys and staff. Netlify and the firm's email provider handle submissions only to deliver them to the firm.

The firm keeps form contents out of any analytics or marketing tooling.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on the case-review form, the firm may send you text messages about your inquiry or your matter — for example, replies to your questions and scheduling. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. ReplySTOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is never a condition of contacting the firm or of representation.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The firm uses your mobile number only to communicate with you. Full text-messaging terms are in ourTerms of Service.

Contacting the firm does not make you a client

Sending information through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship, and information you send before the firm agrees to represent you may not be protected as a confidential attorney–client communication. Please do not send sensitive or time-critical details through this form. If a deadline may be approaching in your matter, call instead.

How long information is kept

If the firm takes your case, your information becomes part of the client file and is kept under the rules that govern client records. If the firm does not take your case, intake information is retained only as long as needed to document the inquiry and any conflict check.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and the firm does not make that promise here.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The firm does not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Your choices

You can ask the firm what information it holds about you from this website, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and the firm will honour that request unless a legal or ethical obligation requires it to keep the record. Contact the firm using the details below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already submitted.
