In this design-approval build: nothing. The case-review form does not send or store information anywhere, and no analytics are wired. The production policy will describe exactly what changes when the form and any analytics go live.
The intended standard
Minimum-necessary data handling: collect only what a first conversation requires, keep form contents out of analytics and logs, and state retention and third-party processing plainly once the production intake stack is chosen.
